Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound calls direct to clients. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in developing client accounts to support growth within our organization. The hours are from 8:00 am- 4:00 pm Monday-Friday in Stratford Ontario.
Duties
• Respond in a timely manner to inbound leads
• Generate new opportunities through multiple channels (outbound calling, emails)
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM system
• Assist outside sales reps to further develop client relationships, including scheduling in-person site visits
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales team targets
• Generating new business through outbound calls, inbound lead follow-ups and networking
• Take part in vendor training sessions to further product knowledge
• Travel within Canada to attend and represent the organization at veterinary conferences and events
• Assist other departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned by Management
Experience
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable, resourceful, and motivated to achieve team targets and contribute to company growth
• Proficiency using CRM applications and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Veterinary background is an asset in this role
• English and French is preferred
