If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our head office at 519 273 5558 to discuss your concerns.
If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, except for a few specialized items and circumstances, we can refund your purchase or provide you with a credit. A credit or refund will be issued when we receive the product back at our warehouse in good working order.

We are able to offer free shipping on orders with a minimum purchase of $300 in some areas of Canada. If your order falls under $300 there will be a shipping charge of $29 applied to your order.
If you are located outside of Canada or in any of the territories we will contact you with any additional shipping charges above the flat rate of $29 if applicable prior to shipping your order. At this time we are only able to ship within Canada and the Continental USA. If you fall outside of these locations please contact email@example.com for international options.
Some exceptions apply to free shipping when ordering heavy items such as tables, autoclaves and kennels. You will be notified of this when placing your order.
We offer repair services for equipment and instruments. Sometimes it is more cost effective to repair a device instead of purchasing a replacement product. On non-warranty items, quotes will be provided and we will try to provide your clinic with loaner equipment if needed during the repair.
