Position Overview:

Eickemeyer Veterinary Equipment Canada Ltd. is seeking an experienced, bilingual Lead Sales Representative to drive market growth in Quebec and manage corporate accounts nationally. In addition to sales, this role will include leadership and mentoring responsibilities, providing guidance and support to junior sales team members. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales leadership, with a focus on building the Quebec market and overseeing national corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion in Quebec: Lead efforts to grow the Quebec market by identifying and securing new business opportunities with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and animal health organizations.

Corporate Account Management: Manage and expand national corporate accounts, focusing on relationships with multi-location veterinary practices and corporate veterinary groups. Sales Team Leadership & Mentoring: Provide mentorship and leadership to sales team members, offering guidance, sales strategy advice, and performance feedback to help them succeed.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, ensuring alignment with both regional and national goals.

New Business Development: Actively prospect and pursue new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored equipment solutions and exceptional service.

Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate in both French and English, delivering product presentations, sales support, and post-sale assistance in both languages.

Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Eickemeyer’s product line, enabling you to provide consultative sales solutions for clients.

Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, client pipelines, and progress toward achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (required).

Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on business development, corporate accounts, and sales leadership.

Sales Leadership: Experience mentoring and leading a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to drive results through coaching and guidance.

Proven Track Record: Success in achieving sales targets and growing new markets, particularly in the veterinary, medical, or healthcare industries.

Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives independently while supporting and developing other team members.

Travel: Willingness to travel within Quebec and across Canada as needed.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems (e.g.,Odoo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
