Plasma Chemical Indicator Labels

Chemical Indicator Labels for Air Plasma Sterilization^® are used as external pack or pouch process indicators to verify exposure to sterilant gases produced by the Air Plasma Sterilization^® process.

These chemical indicator labels consist of a nonporous plastic material printed with a chemical indicating ink and a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing.

Chemical Indicator Labels can be placed on the exterior of packs or pouches to help differentiate processed items from unprocessed items.

The chemical indicating ink turns from RED to YELLOW when exposed to sterilant gases.
